Hi, my name is Mihir Koltharkar, fondly called 'Mr.Sales'.

In the last 21 years, I have trained over 20,000 sales professionals, in more than 12 countries.

I’ve been heading sales training departments for many multinational companies since 2001.

Why I started Impossible sales?

When I was in UAE, I came across many Sales Professionals who had come to Dubai with lot of hopes of making loads of money by selling high end products and services.

But they soon realised that making consistent sales was not just about dressing smart and creating impressions. Every competitor was doing that, and making sales consistently was a huge challenge - almost impossible.

Most Sales driven organizations would put pressure on the sales teams to deliver. I have witnessed the depression faced by many sales people when they couldn't meet targets, and realising that there will be consequences which will largely affect their career, personal life, and life of family members.

During that time, I was conducting super-amazing sessions on Sales, Negotiation and Key Account Management, and the organizations I was working for, were making huge profits. Due to time constraints, and employment restrictions, I was unable to help those who were struggling in other organizations - even when I wanted to.

That when I decided to start my own training company for helping those who have the will, but don't have the right knowledge and strategy for sales success.
